Follow up from my below review. Jamie the manager called me today and was gracious. Thanks for the call, appreciated. I totally get how that kind of thing can happen. Jamie explained that is not the typical way these kind of matters are dealt with.

The food was great. The only reason I give a fair rating is because when we opened the order at home there wasn’t any wasabi in any container. I would have gone back to get some, but I live an hour away. It isn’t great eating sushi without wasabi. When I called to let Sushi Dojo know that this happened, the resulting customer service was very weak. The woman said sorry twice and nothing else.
It is interesting that Sushi Dojo asks for a 10% gratuity right off the bat, however, when something is lacking in the service there is no reciprocity. I could have asked to speak to whomever was in charge, and take up my time, so I’m not saying this one person represented the whole restaurant.

Great as always. The guys forgot to give us soya sauce, but their attitude, extra help in separating the meals, and of course, the food made up for it.
